Provided breakfast was marvellous with goodies and cereal, as example, exceeded our expectations. The room was brand-new and en suite, we had coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators. The hotel was in a perfect and lovely location close to a tram stop, bars, gift shops, arcades and convenient stores minutes away and the bus stops and the tram stops.

I liked the convenience of the triple room, as well as an air conditioning, ironing facilities and a clothes rack etc. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Mr Chips that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
